The Garden Room on the monastery's ground level has become the interim chapel. During the time of renovation it will not be used for purposes other than community prayer and liturgy. Guests are welcome to join the sisters for prayer and Sunday liturgy in this temporary worship space.

The entrance to the monastery on East Lake Road has become the construction entrance. All other vehicles must enter from the Troupe Road driveway. The main entrance to the building and its the only public access has been moved to the rear of the monastery off the Troupe Road parking lot. The entrance is attended throughout the day and is accessible for those using adaptive equipment. Signs mark the entrances.

Due to the rearrangement of space during the time of renovation retreat programs and guest accomodations have been affected. The Spirit of the Seasons retreat program will offer one-day retreats throughout the year rather than weekend programs. Other retreats and day programs will be postponed until 2007.
