Glory Piovarcy celebrated her entrance into the Benedicta Riepp program on November 1. During the simple ceremony Glory expressed her desire to live monastic life with the Benedictine Sisters of Erie for a period of her life’s journey. With the affirmation and support of the community Glory pronounced and signed her statement of promise in the presence of Sister Anne Wambach, prioress, and the community. After being presented with the Rule of Benedict, Glory was welcomed into the Benedicta Riepp Program and the heart of the community. The program director is Sister Stephanie Schmidt and Glory's mentor will be Sister Judith Trambley. Glory joins Alyssa Harpst and Carrie Parsons who are presently participants in the Benedicta Riepp program.
