Chapel Windows VIII: Community Spirit

Community spirit

The Benedictine charism is to seek God as members of a cenobitic community and to respond through prayer and ministry. This charism is reflected in symbol in the beautiful stained glass windows in our chapel.

Community spirit is symbolized by arcs emerging from a center.

The community is the center of Benedictine life. It reaches in all directions, influencing the lives of all it touches. The arcs gradually spread to all windows on the left, unifying the elements of Charism which are symbolized here.
