Congratulations to Oblate Malinda Bostick

Oblate Malinda Bostick has been selected by the Mercy Center for Women as one of this year’s "Women making History." She and 12 other Erie women will be honored at a special event on Wednesday, March 6, 7:00 PM at the Mary D'Angelo Performing Arts Center, Mercyhurst University. The event is free and open to the public.

"Malinda was chosen because during her life she has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth and development, dedicated service to her community, strong moral values, and the courage of her conviction," said Oblate Co-Director Sister Ann Hoffman.

"When Malinda had to tell some of the things she does for her community and parish, she listed, among many other areas of service that she was a Benedictine oblate and and has also been involved in the Listening hearts Program run by two of our sisters."

Sister Dianne Sabol, oblate co-director added: "Congratulations, Malinda! We are grateful for all that you do for and with us and the greater Erie community! We are grateful you are part of us!"
