In case you missed it . . .

Sister Anne Wambach, OSB, Prioress of the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, and sisters welcomed more than twenty individuals into their home at Mount Saint Benedict Monastery on October 11 for a Wills and Estate Planning Seminar. According to Dr. Emma Lee McCloskey, Director of Major and Planned Giving for the Benedictine Sisters, “We were thrilled with the sizable response to the sisters’ invitation to visit with them at the Mount and learn about this topic.”

An additional 13 people who could not attend the presentation wrote to say they were remembering the sisters in their wills. Sister Anne shared, “We do have a critical need for financial resources to fund the continuing care of our sisters and we are grateful for the interest shown in this particular effort.”

The program concluded with rousing applause for the presenter, Estate Planning Atty. Shaun B. Adrian. According to attendee, Connie Boone Manus, “He answered every one of our questions.”
